Billing is based on editor seats. Only people who edit the script and build the schedule count.
Viewers — actors, crew, external shares — are free, however many there are.
Each project includes 5 editor seats for free, so a whole team can take a short film all the way through.

What is an editor seat
The number of people in a workspace with editing rights. One person on two projects still uses one seat.
Cancellation and plan changes
- 01It is a monthly subscription. Register a card once and you are billed automatically each month for your seats. Adding seats is prorated for the rest of the period and applies immediately. Removing seats applies from the next month.
- 02If you cancel, you move down to Free at the end of the billing period. Nothing is deleted.
- 03If there is no editing or AI usage within 7 days of payment, you get a full refund. After that, you keep access until the end of the period, then move to Free.
- 04Editors and projects beyond the Free limits are locked for editing only. Reading, printing and share links keep working. The Owner chooses which project stays active.
- 05When the next project comes in, subscribe again. Everything unlocks immediately.

- 01Plan limits do not apply during the beta. All features are free.
- 02We will notify you in the service and by email at least 30 days before limits or paid plans apply.
- 03Projects created during the beta follow the same cancellation and plan change rules above.
