Shooting schedule and call sheet

No more three call sheets in the group chat

Drag scenes on the stripboard to build shooting days, and publish the call sheet with one button.

Published versions stay as stamped, and when the schedule changes the call sheet tells you first.

Assistant directors, production teams, department heads, and actors who just want their call time

Stripboard colors as used on set

INT/D white, EXT/D yellow, INT/N blue, EXT/N green. Nothing new to learn.

Drag to assign, split long scenes across days, and remaining scenes are counted for you.

Prep, shoot, post, delivery and air dates live on the production timeline, with dates suggested back from the air date.

Split scenes, pick shots

Scenes you cannot finish in one day are split across several shooting days.

For scenes with shots, pick only the shots for that day and they go into the call sheet shot list. Images can optionally be shown large.

Publishing stamps a version

Call sheets are published as snapshots, so a published version never changes.

Share links work without login and can expire. Export as a server-rendered PDF or ink-saving print.

On set, the timeline is on your phone.

When the schedule changes, the call sheet knows first

If a shoot day changes after publishing, a change banner appears on the detail screen. The published version stays as is while you create the next one.

Actors see only their own shoot days and call times in My schedule.

Actors see only their own schedule

Link an account to a character and the actor sees only their own shoot days, call times, locations and scenes in My schedule.

Only published call sheets and confirmed shoot days are shown, never drafts.
