It is built for teams of 5 to 30 people working project by project, such as web drama, short film and independent crews. For production companies running multiple projects, contact us about the Studio plan.
Create a project and add a script, and scene breakdown and element extraction run automatically. A short of around 30 scenes usually finishes within 1 to 2 minutes, then department review begins.
Kakao, Naver and email login are supported. Team members join through department invite links, which are valid for 14 days.
Final Draft (FDX), Fountain, TXT, PDF, Hangul (HWP) word-processor files in HWP 5.x and HWPX, DOCX, and pasted text. For scanned image PDFs and password-protected files, copy the text and paste it in.
Yes. It reads the Hangul 5.x format and HWPX directly. Older 3.x files and password-protected files cannot be opened, so copy the text and paste it in.
No. The AI only finds scene boundaries and elements (locations, cast, props, costumes). The script text is cut from the original and stored as is. Extracted elements arrive as pending review and appear in documents only after a department confirms them.
You can fix them directly on the scene board. Edit scene numbers, locations and time of day, and add, confirm or reject elements. When you re-import a revision, you can pair scenes on the mapping screen by merging or splitting.
Re-import a revised draft (such as a 2nd or 3rd draft) and scenes are matched to existing ones as unchanged, modified, added, omitted or restored, then compared line by line. Only departments tied to the changed scenes are notified, and published call sheets show a change banner.
It is included in the plan. Free allows 3 runs per project per month and Pro allows 30 runs per project per month, with no separate charge.
A call sheet is the daily shooting plan. It puts one shoot day’s crew call, shooting order, locations and cast call times on a single page. In PDNote, picking a shoot day in the shooting schedule creates it as a snapshot, and publishing stamps a version.
A script breakdown is a table listing each scene’s location, time of day, characters, props, costumes and page count. In PDNote, the scene board is the script breakdown, with department lenses that show only that department’s columns and landscape A4 printing.
Yes. A published call sheet can be opened through a share link with an expiry (7, 30 or 90 days, or never), and viewing and PDF download work without logging in. Links can be reissued or revoked.
Published versions do not change. When the schedule changes, a change banner appears on the detail screen, and you create and publish the next version (v2, v3). Earlier versions remain as they were.
The scene board, shooting schedule, call sheet and department sheets each have a print screen. The screen is the A4 preview, and ink-saving mode prints in black and white. Call sheets can also be rendered to PDF on the server.
Once an account is linked to a character, the actor sees only their own shoot days, call times, locations and scenes in My schedule. Only published call sheets and confirmed shoot days are shown, never drafts.
There are five: Owner, Admin, Head, Member and Viewer. Owners have full control, Admins manage the team and publish call sheets, Heads manage shoot days and assignments and confirm department elements, Members edit their own department, and Viewers can only read, print and share.
Yes. The same person can join multiple departments and uses only one editor seat.
In team management, pick a department and role and create an invite link. When the recipient logs in, they join right away. Links expire after 14 days and can be revoked at any time.

Within 7 days of payment, if there has been no saved edit or AI usage during that time, you get a full refund. Request it directly on the plan and billing screen, and it is returned by canceling the card payment. After 7 days, or if there is usage, there is no refund. You keep access until the end of the period, then move to Free.
We will notify you in the service and by email at least 30 days before limits apply. Projects created during the beta follow the same cancellation and plan change rules, and are not deleted.
Scene data is stored in a database on servers in Korea. Original scripts, scouting photos and published PDFs are stored in Cloudflare R2 storage. The database is backed up daily.
When the Owner deletes a project, it is removed from the list and access is blocked. For recovery, contact us by email.
No. Only invited members can open a project, and share links open only published call sheets, using tokens that cannot be guessed. Script text used for AI processing is not used to train models.
