Floor plan — draw fixed features (doors, windows, furniture), numbered marks (1, 2, 3), movement arrows and camera positions (▲). Marks and moves
Rehearsal changes
Write mark positions as distances from things that do not move (door frames, walls, furniture) so they can be reset if the tape comes up. If blocking changes after setup, tell camera, lighting, sound and art at once, with the time needed to reset, and re-lay the marks. Photograph marks with the surrounding furniture in frame and note the photo number. The PDNote script supervisor log keeps continuity photos per take, so you can check them alongside the blocking record when picking a scene up days later. pdnote.app PDNote field template — downloaded from pdnote.app/tools.
