Work back from the call time on the call sheet to set departure times. Under parking, note where unit and equipment vehicles go and what is permitted; under return, note the return time and any stops. Share driver contacts only with the crew who receive this sheet.

Confirm counts with the vendor the day before, matching the call sheet. Record dietary needs by type and count rather than by name; service is catering, packed meals or restaurant. Tell the vendor straight away if a meal time slips.
