Setup order
List setups in shooting order. Wide to tight, and finishing one direction before turning around, is common, but sun, cast availability and location limits change it. Fill target times by adding estimates to the first-shot target, compare with done times, and know before lunch how far behind you are. If behind, agree with the director and producer which “nice” setups to combine or move. Wrap-up
In PDNote scheduling, unshot scenes move to another day and partly shot scenes split their remaining pages before the next call sheet is published. pdnote.app PDNote field template — downloaded from pdnote.app/tools.
